Client Engagement Coordinator at Compass Health Network

This role is integral to a person-centered integrated care team, responsible for welcoming patients and colleagues with exemplary customer service as they arrive. The position is dynamic, requiring frequent interactions with various clinical departments to ensure patient satisfaction and timely scheduling.This is a full-time position eligible for benefits, operating Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
Reception duties
Data entry, intake documentation, insurance verification, and collection of co-pays when necessary
Respond to all phone inquiries and emails courteously, directing them to the appropriate staff
Manage daily mail distribution
Maintain inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning correctly
Adhere to daily schedules for clients and team members
Ensure the office environment is organized and tidy
Additional Responsibilities:
Comply with all HIPAA regulations
Conduct oneself in accordance with the employee handbook
Stay informed of any updates or changes and communicate them to the Office Supervisor
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED preferred
A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is required.
