Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Magical Moments ABA. As a key member of our therapy team, you will work closely with clients on the Autism spectrum, providing direct service and support in their homes, schools, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality instruction and programs to enhance communication, daily living skills, social skills, and play skills.
  • Manage challenging behaviors and develop creative strategies to motivate clients.
  • Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and school staff to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress using Central Reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations, and complete required trainings.
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, preferred.
  • Knowledge of general ABA practices.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
