Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative care.

  • Critical Thinking: Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure understanding and compliance with care plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an operating room environment.
  • Licensure: Current California RN license.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS certifications required; PALS certification preferred.
