Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #4436. As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the store's interior and exterior, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
  • Ensure all areas of the store are clean and free of clutter, including shelves, floors, and surfaces.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve store cleanliness and safety goals.

Requirements

To be successful as a Janitorial Associate, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
