Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Agent to provide undercover surveillance and apprehend shoplifters in our stores. As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and deterring shoplifting, detecting fraud, and communicating concerns to the Loss Prevention department.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete incident reports and review camera footage
  • Contact law enforcement and review BOLO's
  • Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building with store management and local law enforcement
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous Loss Prevention experience required
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
  • Valid driver's license and qualifying motor vehicle record check
  • Background check
