Critical Care RN

**Job Summary:** NavitsPartners is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Adult Emergency Room. As an RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality patient care to adult patients who require immediate medical attention.

• Provide professional nursing care to adult patients in the Emergency Room.
• Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy efficiently and with precision.
• Administer conscious sedation, ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and ER procedures as needed.
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness in meeting the demands of a dynamic ER setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience.
• Valid New York State RN License.
• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
• AHA PALS certification.
• TNCC certification, if required by the facility.
• IV/Phlebotomy experience.

**Estimated Salary:** $45-$60 per hour, based on location and experience.
