Food Lion is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Front End staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will also be responsible for operating a cash register, processing transactions, and handling customer complaints in a fair and respectful manner. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping floors, and performing other duties as assigned.

We offer a competitive salary of $$12-$15 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
