Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Midwest Clinical Resource in Northeast Wisconsin. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide wound care, infusion therapy, and disease management
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in regular case conferences and in-services to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • Current Wisconsin nursing license
  • Negative TB test within the last 6 months
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) and wound care
  • At least 6 months of experience in long-term care
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Compensation

Pay is determined based on years of experience as a LPN, with a pay range of $32-$35 per hour. Midwest Clinical Resource, LLC is not a 1099 employer.
