Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team at River Hospital in Alexandria Bay, New York.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, including performing advanced procedures and airway management.
- Work as a solo provider in the ED, with support from a Hospitalist as needed.
- Write bridge orders for admissions and cover floor patients at night.
- Collaborate with the Hospitalist team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Active New York license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine or a related field.
- Current ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- Experience as a solo provider in the ED, with a strong track record of patient care and outcomes.
- Advanced procedure and airway management skills, with a comfort level working with pediatric patients.
