The Security Solutions Manager oversees the daily operations of the Security Solutions Executives, a sales-driven team dedicated to securing new accounts within the Enterprise segment. The Manager will play a crucial role in training, mentoring, and guiding the Security Solutions Executives to ensure an exceptional customer experience during their onboarding process with SHI.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Security Engineering leadership to establish quarterly objectives based on business needs.
  • Drive prospecting efforts into Enterprise whitespace accounts through various outreach methods.
  • Support the team in generating growth for SHI by qualifying leads, building a pipeline, and achieving key performance metrics.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
  • Foster relationships with the Security Engineering team and vendor partners to enhance engagement.
  • Serve as a primary contact for Security Solutions Executives and internal stakeholders to address customer concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about new security platform offerings and SHI's service solutions to cultivate a knowledgeable team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in Sales Management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in selling or working with security solutions, sales strategies, and competitive sales approaches is preferred.

Unique Requirements:

  • This position may require up to 10% travel.

Compensation:

  • The estimated annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $200,000, which includes base salary and bonuses. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and will vary for each individual. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
