About the Role
As an Audiologist at Glens Falls Hospital, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, treating, and advising patients of all ages with hearing and balance disorders. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of audiology professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough hearing and balance assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Provide counseling to patients and their families regarding evaluation results and treatment options.
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date electronic medical records.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including the use of hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of audiology practices and current hearing aid technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
