Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Process membership sales and facilitate payment of member services
  • Manage membership check-in and check-out procedures
  • Communicate special events and promotions to members and guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • Computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
