Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Supervisor to oversee the operations of our call center and a team of student callers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily mail and bulk mailouts to prospective students, supporting enrollment efforts, and working closely with the assistant director to manage operations of the call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Create and implement strategic calling campaigns that align with the overall recruitment efforts, including event registrations, completing next steps, and moving students from inquiries to applicants, applicants to admits, and admits to enrolled.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Create and edit reports and dashboards, analyze data, and develop strategies to continually improve calling plan effectiveness.
  • Student Caller Management: Maintain a high level of knowledge on ASU's admissions processes and procedures, hire and train student workers, work with each student caller to set goals, work on calling styles and strategies, and provide frequent feedback.
  • Communication Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate printing and mailing of CRM-generated communications, including proofreading outgoing mail for address deficiencies, accuracy, and clarity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree plus one year of experience in admissions, recruiting, enrollment management, marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, advanced knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools, ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities, and ability to work under pressure.
