Reliable Truck Driver for Food Service Delivery

We are seeking a reliable Class A Truck Driver to join our team at US Foods, Inc. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working on their own and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Job SummaryThis driver will be responsible for safely transporting products to customers across various locations. With a valid CDL Class A license and commercial driving experience, you will ensure accurate delivery times and provide top-notch service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods to customers
- Verify accuracy of deliveries with customers and obtain necessary signatures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety standards
- Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- At least six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
- Ability to read and communicate in English - able to hold conversations, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and enter information on reports and records
- A competitive salary starting at $35.06 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay
