The key responsibilities of this role include updating and maintaining project-related records, costs, databases, and systems, as well as supporting contract management by tracking deliverables and change orders. You will also lead and organize meetings to sustain project controls and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timing expectations. Additionally, you will produce written reports and presentations regarding project progress and coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to communicate progress and raise risk concerns as appropriate.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have demonstrated experience with typical office software. You should also be detail-oriented while able to see the big picture, and have project and contract management experience using tools and techniques to develop, manage, and implement multiple projects and contracts concurrently.
