Job Title: CT Technologist

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in a diagnostic imaging setting.

Job Summary:

The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic CT examinations and assist physicians with invasive CT procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with Client VCT and Client Revolution CT equipment and be able to maintain radiation safety and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and document diagnostic CT examinations upon the order of an approved healthcare provider.
  • Prepare examinations for interpretation, maintain radiation safety, and assist with maintaining supplies.
  • Operate all CT and related equipment, as well as facility-based computer systems.
  • Administer oral and intravenous contrast media under the direction of physician/per protocol.
  • Transport, move, and position patients in a safe and appropriate fashion.
  • Assist physicians with special procedures involving the use of CT.
  • Participate in quality assurance/quality control activities as related to CT.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA-approved school.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in radiography and CT.
  • Maintains licensure requirements with the state of Ohio.
  • Maintains annual CPR certification/When Seconds Count certification.
  • Two years minimum experience in a diagnostic imaging setting preferred.
Work Environment:

This is a sedentary position that involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Shifts and Schedule:

Nights 4-10's (7:30PM to 6AM), every other weekend.

State License Details:

Must be currently active.

Less than 1 year.

36.
