Cybersecurity Consultant

Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be responsible for leading Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) efforts and designing workshops to improve customer processes using the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with customers to manage and communicate CAM process and business requirements to the delivery team to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer expectations. Additionally, you will be a key member of an overall engagement team focused on delivering customer outcomes and contribute towards continuous improvement of leading best practices for CAM.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 10+ years of directly relevant experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow CAM experience
- Experience in analyzing and recommending CAM strategies based on business priorities
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform supporting ITSM and ITIL process flow development and tuning
- Significant consulting experience within complex, global organizations with the ability to influence and consult on CAM in an ITIL / ITSM Services environment
- Experience in defining and deploying future-state CAM processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude and passion for learning new technologies
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including development of customizations beyond out-of-box
- Strong documentation and technical writing experience
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) knowledge and experience
- Experience with collaboration tools including MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, and Atlassian Jira Align
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree in a related discipline may substitute for two (2) years of experience. A PhD may substitute for four (4) years of experience.
Benefits:
Nightwing offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $272,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Hired applicants may also be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
