• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Sales and Merchandising: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and effectively merchandise the store to showcase our latest equipment and sportswear.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including replenishing sales floor items and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Store Operations: Participate in regular floor walks to ensure the store is clean and tidy, and support store projects and brand initiatives.
• Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with colleagues and store leadership, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
