Job Overview

Viking Coca-Cola is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and sales of our products in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Stock and rotate products to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
  2. Build and maintain eye-catching displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  3. Ensure all products are properly stocked, facing, and rotated to meet customer needs.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Collaborate with sales representatives and drivers to ensure seamless execution of sales and merchandising strategies.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the back-room and customer-facing areas.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
Requirements
  1. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  2. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  3. Ability to lift up to 2,200 pounds and operate manual pallet jacks and carts.
  4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
