We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Clinical BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior plans, supervising their implementation, and monitoring patient progress.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement behavior plans and programs for patients
  • Supervise the implementation of behavior plans and programs
  • Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to staff
  • Train staff and parents in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, and programs
  • Participate in assessment process, parent meetings, staff meetings, and other meetings as needed

Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism
  • Strong attention to detail for data collection and report writing
