Join Our Team as a Youth Sports Educator

 

All-Star Sports Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Youth Sports Educator to lead our baseball programs. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the lives of young athletes through sports education.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Curricula: Design and implement engaging curricula that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide personalized coaching and guidance to players, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Program Management: Oversee program logistics, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with players, parents, and community stakeholders, promoting a positive image of our organization.

 

Our salary range is $42,000 - $62,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
