Position Summary:

At Rx relief, we provide excellent entry-level opportunities for Pharmacy Technicians in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings. We offer complimentary classes to assist you in passing your PTCB exam. Candidates must possess a valid, clear, and active California Pharmacy Technician license and be able to provide proof of a Covid-19 vaccination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately count, pour, and mix medications
  • Receive training for IV Compounding
  • Perform related clerical tasks as required
  • Support Pharmacists in filling and dispensing medications
  • Review and process medication orders
  • Count tablets and label medications

Qualifications:

  • Active California Pharmacy Technician license is preferred
  • If you do not have your technician license, you must be enrolled in Pharmacy Technician school or awaiting your license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous pharmacy experience is advantageous

Hiring Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Background and drug screening will be conducted
  • Health screening is mandatory
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US is required
