We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
