About the Role:

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Janitorial Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our offices, patient/resident rooms, dorms, classrooms, schools, common areas, and lavatories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing
• Vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space
• Perform hard-surface floor scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing
• Carry out carpet spotting and extraction
• Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
