    • Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about upcoming events, promotions, and mobile offers.
    • Provide premier customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Organization
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Sales
    • Cross-sell products and maintain knowledge of store layout and inventory.
    • Make suggestions to customers on latest trends and current promotions based on their individual needs.
    • Upsell products and provide product knowledge and specifications to customers.
    • Process cash, exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, and debit cards using a Point-of-Sales system.
    • Complete various forms of paperwork, reports, and reconciliation.
  • Inventory
    • Be responsible for merchandise, complete all inventory processes, and ensure accurate ticketing.
    • Participate in periodic inventories and maintain accurate records.
  • Dependability
    • Adhere to assigned work schedule and ensure accurate and complete follow-through on work assignments.
Requirements
  • Product Knowledge
    • Basic knowledge of products and merchandise.
  • Experience
    • Retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
    • Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.
  • Mathematical Skills
    • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning Ability
    • Ability to multitask while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
  • Physical Demands & Work Environment
    • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
    • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
    • Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
    • Involves lifting at least 25 lbs. and up to 50lbs in some departments.
    • Work typically performed indoors but may be assigned outdoors depending upon location.

    • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Work Hours
    • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
