Virtual Primary Care Physician

The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our digital-first medical group. As a member of our team, you will leverage asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide comprehensive and evidence-based primary care to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing complex and chronic illnesses, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care through our proprietary clinician-patient platform and Google Suite
- Manage complex and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health
- Collaborate with our team to leverage expertise and resources, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery
- Work in 4-hour shifts, with a minimum of 12 hours per week, and have the flexibility to design your schedule
- 4+ years of clinical experience post-residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care
- Experience in digital-first healthcare or a willingness to learn and adapt
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active state licensure in NY, TX, IL, MI, FL, GA, PA, OH, NJ, MO, AZ, AL, IN, HI, and CT, with the ability to obtain additional state licensures
- Fluency in medical Spanish, both verbal and written communication
