We are a leading company specializing in commercial, institutional & industrial HVAC, Refrigeration, Controls, Electrical, and Plumbing services. Currently, we are looking for a highly experienced individual to join our HVAC estimating/project management team at Gpac.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for providing solutions and pricing for HVAC, Refrigeration, Controls, and other related services
  • Conduct thorough take-offs and understand equipment/duct/pipe sizing requirements
  • Manage submittals, job schedules, change orders, permits, and other project-related tasks
  • Work with subcontractors and maintain quality relationships to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC estimating experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to read prints and work with general contractors and customers to deliver high-quality results
  • Familiarity with HVAC, Sheet Metal, Hydronics, and other related systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
