Your Job Summary: As a Floor Tech, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in a long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining floors, operating floor care equipment, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be expected to follow infection control and universal precautions policies.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous floor care experience is preferred but not required
  • Able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods
  • Able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
