We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced Healthcare Professional to join our team as a RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit specialist at Trios Health in Kennewick, Washington.

About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, from nights. The job involves providing exceptional patient care and support to patients in a progressive care unit setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing direct patient care to patients in a progressive care unit environment.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a progressive care unit or related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
