About the Role:

As an ER Doctor, you will evaluate patients entering the emergency room, develop effective treatment plans, and collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise and compassionate approach will help us deliver high-quality patient care and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients who enter the emergency room and oversee their recovery.
• Order appropriate medical tests and create treatment plans based on test results.
• Provide immediate care, working swiftly to stabilize and diagnose patients and perform life-saving procedures.
• Diagnose and treat patients, provide necessary medication, and monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate hospital staff activities for proper patient care or discharge and provide instructions to patients.
• Maintain patient dignity and follow the American Hospital Association's Bill of Rights.

Requirements:

• Current medical license in state of practice required.
• Certification from the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
• Three plus years of residency training.
• Ability to work up to 12 hour shifts.
• Excellent communication, compassion, and organizational skills.
• Strong clinical diagnostic skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate information in layman terms to patients and/or their families.
• Knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, cardiology, neurology, and other medical techniques.
• Compassionate with excellent communication skills.
