Greenway Coordinator

The Great Rivers Greenway Foundation seeks an experienced Development Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Foundation Board and contribute to fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in development and donor engagement, along with excellent communication and project management skills.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual fundraising goals.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and board members.
• Collaborate with the Major Gifts Vice President to design and execute fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Volunteer Management: Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and deployment across various committees.
• Brickline Campaign: Assist in developing and executing campaign strategies, including event planning and donor outreach.
• Stewardship: Ensure timely and accurate processing of donations and maintain effective donor relations.

Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in development or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
