We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at DoubleTree By Hilton Lawrence. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and consistent stay for our guests by providing efficient and effective front desk service.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a delightful arrival and departure experience for our guests.
  • Process hotel registration and other transactions in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel accommodations, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest compliments, comments, and challenges in a professional manner.
  • Work with other departments to arrange for services requested by guests.
  • Prepare end-of-shift summaries and communications for management and other shifts.
  • Make reservations in accordance with hotel yield management practices.
  • Process customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy and data privacy standards.
  • May be responsible for answering and fielding all calls to the hotel.
  • Identify and record special billing instructions and notify Accounting.
  • Obtain appropriate approvals and signatures for guest transactions.
  • Follow hotel policy on cash banks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Responsible for night audit process and all required reporting.
Requirements
  • Hotel Front Desk experience a plus.
  • Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
  • Computer literate.
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
