Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist participants with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Help participants develop skills such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay: $14/hour for Direct Support Professionals, $19/hour for Team Leads
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
  • A supportive team environment with supervisors who care about our participants and staff

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months of professional experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (required for Team Leads)
