Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled FICA Architect to join our team at CloudBC Labs. As a FICA Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing FICA in SAP BRIM.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-15 years' experience in FICA and a strong understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities across SOM, CC, and CI-Billable items management.

The successful candidate will have experience in Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration, and Invoicing process execution. They will also have knowledge of SAP BRIM FICA Finance and Contract Accounting, as well as experience in configuring Main/Sub payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Installment plans, Returns, and Refund Process.

In addition, the candidate will have good exposure to SAP FICA implementation with end-to-end deep knowledge of Invoicing, FICA to FIAR integration, payment run, mass run configuration, and scheduling. They will also have good exposure to prepaid and postpaid configuration, troubleshooting errors with BIT generation and processing, and integration with tax systems, government requirements, and non-SAP systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-15 years' experience in FICA and preferably with CI knowledge
• At least Five projects experience for implementation of BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract accounts (FICA)
• Strong understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities across SOM, CC, and CI-Billable items management
• Experience in Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration, and Invoicing process execution
• Knowledge of SAP BRIM FICA Finance and Contract Accounting
• Experience in configuring Main/Sub payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Installment plans, Returns, and Refund Process
• Good exposure to SAP FICA implementation with end-to-end deep knowledge of Invoicing, FICA to FIAR integration, payment run, mass run configuration, and scheduling
