Main Responsibilities
- Lead by example and champion a safe and secure work environment.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Develop and execute plans to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, as well as evaluate submittals to reflect contract drawings, specifications, and estimates.
- Perform project set up, job costing system with labor, material, other, and subcontract cost codes, and submit to business unit operations manager for approval.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have experience in mechanical project management and be able to lead cross-functional teams. Estimated salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year.
