We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality, competent staff in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Development Instructor, you'll be responsible for implementing, evaluating, and facilitating staff development and training programs. This will include:
- Designing and delivering training programs that incorporate adult learning principles
- Collaborating with instructional design teams to ensure all new initiatives, policies, and procedures are incorporated into orientation and training programs
- Identifying innovative training strategies for learners, including distance learners
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
- Providing job role training to learners for specific behavior and skill development
- Following a plan for professional development and actively seeking out opportunities to increase expertise in nursing education and adult training programs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas or Florida
- 3+ years of experience in managed care and/or disease management
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting, hospital, or physician office practice
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 75%
Preferred Qualifications:
