Your primary responsibility as a Culinary Support Specialist will be to create unforgettable moments for our guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of service by managing the Expo area, ensuring that plates and service items are consistently stocked and organized throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
2. Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and be prepared to describe each dish to guests.
3. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
4. Demonstrate expertise in plating and serving standards for all menu items.
5. Assist with additional tasks such as deshelling lobster tails, preparing tables for the next course, and processing take-out orders.
