Job Title: Tax Professional - Franchise Location

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and services to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcome.

About the Role:

This is a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional position that requires a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional client service, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
  • Provide clients with IRS support
  • Mentor and support teammates
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
  • Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
  • Experience completing individual returns
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with virtual tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing
