We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in an inpatient rehab hospital setting in Hays, Kansas. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, promoting optimal recovery and mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Kansas
- 2+ years of experience in inpatient rehab hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $1,500-$2,600 per week, based on 40 hours of work per week, with opportunities for overtime. In addition to your weekly salary, you will also receive a tax-free stipend for housing and meals, estimated at $900-$1,400 per week, based on GSA guidelines.
