Radiology Outpatient Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Outpatient Unit Nurse to join our team at Halifax Health – Medical Center of Port Orange. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and post-procedural care to patients undergoing radiology procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and implement interventions to prevent complications.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications as required by individual unit/area.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
