Dispensary Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

• Provide personalized support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns about our products and services.
• Assist patients in selecting the right products for their needs, while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer service a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license (for delivery associate role).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
