Job Summary

The Imaging Services department at WakeMed is equipped with state-of-the-art computerized tomography equipment. As a CAT Scan Technologist, you will provide quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. You will accomplish patient care in a timely, professional, efficient, and safe manner, reporting to the Supervising Radiologist.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clinical experience in radiology
  • A graduate degree in radiologic technology or nuclear medicine
  • Registration as a technologist in radiography, nuclear medicine technology, or computed tomography

Work Schedule

This is a varied shift position with opportunities for weekend and call coverage as needed.
