About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in servicing the Ypsilanti and greater Detroit-metro areas. As a part-time, PRN position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals and make a positive impact in their lives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and at least one year of experience in the field. State licensure in physical therapy is also required. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program participants through appropriate evaluation procedures and develop written treatment programs for each participant.
• Administer appropriate treatment programs and communicate program participant needs to appropriate staff.
• Maintain timely and appropriate administrative and department documentation.
• Serve on rehabilitation treatment teams, communicating with physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and community resources as needed.
