Sanitation Technician

As a Sanitation Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas. You'll also assist with food preparation procedures and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition
• Operate dishwashing machines and handle manual washing when needed
• Dispose of waste and recyclables following health and safety guidelines

Working Conditions:

This role requires standing for long periods, frequent lifting, and exposure to hot temperatures. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
