About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Bay Tech Engineering, Inc. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid CA driver's license and a clean driving record.
