Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions to improve the lives of children with autism
  • Provide caring support to families during assessment and treatment planning
  • Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns
  • Share knowledge and experience through direct supervision and training of behavioral technicians
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
  • Current BCBA license or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months
  • Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
