Bakery Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Expert to join our team at Jax, LLC dba Golden Corral. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing freshly baked products and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items.
• Assist with breakfast bakery production on weekends to meet demand.
• Maintain the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
