Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Audit Clerk to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a Night Audit Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional guest service during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Accurately record and process financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, including registration, check-out, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with hotel staff, management, and guests to ensure seamless operations.
  • Security: Ensure the security and safety of hotel guests and staff, including monitoring the hotel's security systems and responding to any incidents.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in basic computer software.
