About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Tyler Bloom Consulting. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for conducting repairs on heavy equipment and machinery, ensuring seamless communication with our team regarding equipment readiness status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs on heavy equipment and machinery
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and inventory
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding equipment readiness status
• Ensure timely execution of repairs and maintenance
• Oversee equipment repairs with a focus on cost efficiency
• Maintain regular communication with the team, providing updates on equipment issues

Requirements:

• 1-5+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic
• Strong mechanical skills and expertise in gas and diesel engines
• Ability to conduct maintenance and service on machines in a shop environment and field environment
• Proficiency with Fleet Maintenance software for inventory and equipment management
• High school diploma and/or equivalent

What We Offer:

• $65,000 - $95,000, depending on experience
