Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Continuum Therapy Partners in Brazil, IN. As an Occupational Therapist / OT, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality rehabilitative services to individuals.

This PRN opportunity is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to work with a dynamic and patient-centered organization. You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and cognitive abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve their functional skills and overall quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patients' goals
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to promote functional independence and overall well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Indiana
• Experience working with adult populations, preferably in a rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
